Punches checked by managers
Failed checks wait in a queue for a manager to review. An edited punch never overwrites the original.
Clock in on the devices you have
Employees clock in on their phone, a shared tablet or a computer. Location is checked only at the moment of clocking.
Annual leave requests
Employees request annual leave in Day.io. Managers approve it there after seeing who else is off.
Payroll data
Approved hours, absences and clock-in records go from Day.io into Papaya Global for payroll, so month-end close doesn't start with a spreadsheet.
Benefits of the Day.io + Papaya Global integration

Time & attendance management with Papaya Global
Schedules, punches and time-off requests sit in Day.io, where managers approve or correct them in a few clicks before anything reaches Papaya Global.
Electronic signature
At the end of each pay period, employees sign their timesheet from their phone or computer, so every approved hour has a sign-off on record.
Roles & permissions
Set permissions for each user in Day.io by role. Managers, HR and admins each see what their role allows.
Security
Day.io is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and carries the GDPR Ready badge.
